Turnaround times vary depending on the size and detail of the project. Smaller laser-engraved items usually take about 1–2 weeks, while larger custom builds may take several weeks. We’ll give you an estimated timeline before starting your order.

We offer both! Local customers can pick up in Urbana, IL, and many of our smaller items can be shipped. Larger builds are typically for local pickup or delivery, but we’ll work with you to find the best option.

For cutting boards and kitchen items, hand-wash only and dry promptly — never put them in the dishwasher. For baskets and décor pieces, a light dusting or wipe with a damp cloth works best. To keep wood looking fresh, an occasional coat of food-safe mineral oil or board cream is recommended.
